Skid-mounted MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporator is an integrated, modular and rapidly deployable high-efficiency evaporation and concentration equipment independently developed by BHP Environmental Protection. By mechanically recompressing secondary steam to upgrade its enthalpy for recycling, the equipment greatly reduces raw steam consumption and achieves efficient concentration and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) of high-salinity and high-concentration industrial wastewater.Fully integrated on a skid foundation without complex civil engineering, it can be installed and put into operation quickly. It is specially designed for high-difficulty wastewater treatment in new energy, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, serving as core equipment for industrial wastewater resource utilization and zero discharge.
