1. Working Principle
The core principle of MVR evaporator ismechanical vapor recompression technology:
1. Wastewater enters the evaporator and boils at low temperature under vacuum, producing secondary steam;
2. The secondary steam is adiabatically compressed by a roots or centrifugal compressor to increase temperature, pressure and enthalpy;
3. The heated steam returns to the heating chamber as a heat source to continuously evaporate the wastewater;
4. Steam condenses into reusable water, while wastewater is concentrated continuously to realize solid-liquid separation, reduction and resource treatment of high-salinity wastewater.
The system only requires a small amount of raw steam for startup; almost no extra steam is needed during operation. Energy consumption is only 1/5 to 1/3 of traditional multi-effect evaporators, greatly lowering operating costs.

1.Main evaporation module: falling film / rising film evaporator, separator for efficient evaporation and vapor-liquid separation
2.Vapor compression module: roots or centrifugal steam compressor as core power unit
3.Heat exchange & circulation module: plate / tubular heat exchanger, circulation pump for efficient heat transfer
4.Condensation & separation module: condenser, condensate tank, gas-liquid separator for condensate recovery
5.Vacuum system module: vacuum pump, buffer tank to maintain low-temperature evaporation environment
6.Control system module: PLC + touch screen automatic control with online monitoring and adjustment
7.Auxiliary module: feed pump, discharge pump, dosing system, cleaning system, skid base and valves
