It is also possible to use the waste steam from the top of the tube bundle or disc dryer and other low calorific value heat sources (such as condensed water vapor) as the heat source for the evaporator to become a waste heat evaporator, which can greatly reduce the amount of steam used and achieve significant energy-saving effects. When there is sufficient supply of waste heat steam, there is no need to produce steam at all and significant economic benefits can be achieved.
Working principle
The material is evenly distributed into each evaporator tube through the distributor. Under the action of gravity and secondary steam in the form of self evaporation, the material forms a spiral film that flows from top to bottom. At the same time, the material film exchanges heat with the steam on the outer wall of the tube, causing the moisture in the material to evaporate. The stable temperature difference and heat transfer area form a stable amount of water evaporation. The secondary steam formed by the evaporated moisture is reused multiple times, maximizing the utilization of heat energy, reducing steam consumption, and forming the design principle of multiple evaporation.
Performance characteristics
The distribution plate of this evaporator is spiral shaped, with a particularly balanced distribution of materials, and the liquid forms a film like descent along the inner wall of the tube, making it suitable for sugar concentration
The top cover of the evaporator is flat, making it easy to clean and maintain.
If the production volume does not require a large evaporation rate. The heat exchange area can be changed.
The vacuum system can be selected by the user, and either a water ring vacuum pump or a water jet pump can be used.
Condensed water can be recycled.
