I. Characteristics of Wastewater in Typical Industries and the Response Plan of Baohupu 

Steel pickling wastewater: Rich in Fe²⁺, Fe³⁺ and free acids, with extremely high concentrations of salts (mainly FeSO₄/FeCl₂). We adopt a combined process of "neutralization precipitation + precise filtration + membrane deep desalination", and the produced water can be reused for rinsing or drug preparation, significantly reducing water consumption and discharge volume. 

Electroplating mixed wastewater: Besides iron removal, it may also contain various heavy metals and complexes. We offer the "separated pre-treatment (complexation disruption + heavy metal removal) + comprehensive adjustment + special membrane separation" process to ensure simultaneous deep removal of iron and other pollutants, achieving compliance with discharge standards or partial process reuse. 

Metalworking wastewater: Contains grinding powder, oil, iron filings and cleaning agents. The solution covers the entire process of "oil removal + coagulation and sedimentation for iron removal + biochemical degradation of organic matter + desalination", achieving comprehensive purification.

Anti-pollution membrane technology: Given the tendency of high-salt and high-hardness wastewater to form scale and cause pollution, we employ anti-pollution membrane elements and optimize the flow path design, along with an intelligent chemical cleaning system. This significantly extends the membrane's lifespan, reduces maintenance frequency and costs. 

2. Energy Recovery Design: In the high-pressure membrane system, an energy recovery device can be optionally installed to recover the pressure energy of the concentrated liquid for reuse. The system's energy consumption can be reduced by over 30%, directly reducing operating costs. 

3. Intelligent Control: Equipped with an intelligent control system based on PLC and HMI, it can achieve fully automatic operation, real-time parameter monitoring, fault warning and remote diagnosis (optional). III. Success Project Concept (Reference Framework) 

"For a large stainless steel product export enterprise in East China, we provided a zero-emission project for acid-washed wastewater. The raw water contained high iron content and complex salt composition. By adopting the customized 'MCR membrane concentration + crystallization' process by Baohupu, we ultimately achieved a water recovery rate of over 95%. The crystalline salt was transported out in compliance with regulations as a by-product. The project operated stably for two years, helping the client achieve the dual goals of environmental protection compliance and cost reduction."
