Challenge Two: Equipment Stability and Energy Efficiency in High-Temperature and High-Humidity Environments 

The perennially hot and humid climate in Indonesia poses a threat to the safety of electrical systems and the operational efficiency of equipment. 

Challenge scenario: A circulating water treatment project for a steel mill located on Java Island. The ambient temperature remains above 38℃ throughout the year. The equipment is required to operate continuously and stably, and the electrical control system must be absolutely safe and reliable.

Enhanced Electrical Design: The electrical control cabinet is designed to meet IP54 or higher protection standards, and a dedicated cooling solution (such as installing industrial air conditioners) has been implemented.
