New Challenges in Photovoltaic Factory Wastewater Treatment? BHUPU Customized Equipment
Date:2025-08-15 14:24:14   View:101

Characteristics of Photovoltaic Wastewater and Pain Points of the Factory

The production process of photovoltaic (cutting, cleaning, texturing, etching) generates wastewater with complex components:

- High fluoride content: The concentration of fluoride ions in the acid washing wastewater can reach over 2000 mg/L.

- Organic pollutants: PEG and surfactants in the cutting fluid result in high COD.

- Suspended particles: Silica powder and silicon carbide micrometer-sized particles are difficult to settle.

- Heavy metal risk: Impurities such as copper and lead need to be thoroughly removed.

The traditional processing methods often encounter problems such as high consumption of chemicals, high sludge production, and poor adaptability to water quality fluctuations, which directly affect the environmental protection acceptance and capacity expansion of the factory.

The core design of Baohupu photovoltaic wastewater treatment system

Based on the actual working conditions of the photovoltaic factory, Baohupu offers modular combination processes:

1. Efficient Preprocessing Unit

- Multi-stage vortex separation technology: Removes over 90% of suspended silica powder, reducing subsequent load

- Demulsification Reaction System: Specifically designed to break down the oil-water emulsified structure of the cutting fluid

2. Fluoride Deep Removal System

- Two-stage chemical precipitation combined with optimized flocculation control, with the fluoride content in the effluent being less than 8mg/L

- The intelligent dosing system continuously monitors water quality and reduces the waste of chemicals.

3. Biochemical + Membrane Integration Process

- Salt-tolerant bacteria-based treatment for degrading COD, combined with MBR membrane filtration to ensure stability

- Optional RO recycling module, enabling over 60% of wastewater to be recycled and reused.

Create multi-dimensional value for the factory

Compliance guarantee: The effluent meets the "Battery Industry Pollutant Emission Standards" (GB 30484)

Cost reduction and efficiency improvement: Sludge volume reduced by over 30%, automated control reduces the need for manual intervention.

Green production: Water resource recycling reduces the water extraction costs for factories.

Flexible adaptation: Supports the renovation and upgrading of existing factories, without the need for large-scale shutdowns.

Case Reference: A 5GW photovoltaic cell base in the northwest region adopted the Baohupu integrated equipment, resulting in an increase in wastewater reuse rate to 65%, and annual savings in sewage discharge fees exceeding one million yuan.

Photovoltaic wastewater treatment is a key supporting link for capacity expansion. Baohupu Environmental Protection, leveraging its 200+ industrial wastewater project experience, provides a full-cycle service covering water quality testing, scheme design, equipment delivery, and intelligent operation and maintenance, helping factories build green intelligent manufacturing benchmarks.
