Customer Profile: As the first PCB enterprise in Guigang City, Guangxi, our factory covers an area of 6000 square meters with an average monthly production capacity of over 30000 square meters. Our product range includes high-precision double-sided and multi-layer PCBs. The total planned investment for the production base this time is 300 million yuan, of which 8 million yuan is for environmental protection, accounting for 1.65% of the total investment. The project aims to build a production base for integrated circuit boards with an annual output of 360000 square meters. The main products include double-sided circuit boards and six layer circuit boards. The annual production capacity of double-sided circuit boards is 260000 square meters, and the annual production capacity of six layer circuit boards is 100000 square meters.

Main Process: Quality Separation+Physical and Chemical Treatment+Deep Treatment
/li>&bsp; Its production scale continues to expand, but the accompanying wastewater treatment problem is becoming increasingly severe. During the production process of circuit boards, a large amount of wastewater containing heavy metals (such as copper, nickel, lead, etc.), acidic and alkaline substances, and organic pollutants will be generated. If discharged directly without effective treatment, it will cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment and face the risk of high environmental fines. We urgently need an advanced, efficient, and stable wastewater treatment solution.

The production wastewater of circuit boards mainly comes from multiple processes such as etching, electroplating, development, and delamination. The quality of wastewater generated by different processes varies greatly, and there are various types of pollutants.
Water quality analysis: After testing, the main pollutants in wastewater include heavy metal ions (such as copper, nickel, lead, etc.), acidic and alkaline substances, organic pollutants (such as ink, surfactants, etc.), and ammonia nitrogen. Among them, the concentration of copper ions is as high as 50-200mg/L, the pH value fluctuates between 2-12, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) is 500-1000mg/L, and the ammonia nitrogen content is about 50-100mg/L.
Not only is the water quality complex, but the discharge standards are also very strict, making it difficult for traditional processes to meet the requirements.

In response to the complex water quality characteristics of the circuit board wastewater, the design adopts "quality separation+physicochemical treatment"; +The combination process of "deep processing".
Qualitative classification collection and pretreatment: Firstly, a qualitative classification collection system was established to collect different types of wastewater, such as copper containing wastewater, nickel containing wastewater, acid alkali wastewater, organic wastewater, etc., and collect them separately into corresponding regulating tanks.
Advanced oxidation treatment of organic pollutants: For organic pollutants in wastewater, we use Fenton oxidation technology. At the same time, combined with coagulation and sedimentation technology, suspended solids and some organic pollutants in the wastewater can be further removed.

Ion exchange and membrane separation for deep treatment of heavy metals: After pretreatment and oxidation treatment, the wastewater still contains a small amount of heavy metal ions, making it difficult to meet discharge standards. This technology is used for deep treatment.
