The dual guarantee of EDI process and polishing resin process is adopted to ensure the standard of effluent water quality. Nitrogen protection is used to isolate the air and ensure the stability of effluent water quality. In order to improve product quality and reduce production costs, China has decided to build a lithium battery ultrapure water preparation system, which is mainly used to prepare electronic grade ultrapure water to meet the high requirements for water quality in the battery production process. In this process, the quality of the effluent water after ion exchange mainly depends on the quality of the ion exchange resin and the exchange efficiency between water and resin in the exchange column. The overall project operation effect is very stable, with a water resistivity of over 18M Ω· cm. Water quality meets the standard span> After being processed by the pure water preparation system, all indicators of the pure water meet the requirements of lithium battery production. The resistivity reaches over 18M Ω· cm, the particle content is extremely low, and the microbial indicators have been effectively controlled. Effectively reducing costs span> This project adopts advanced water treatment technology and equipment, which improves the utilization rate of water and reduces wastewater discharge. At the same time, by optimizing design and operational management, the energy consumption and chemical consumption of the system have been reduced, thereby lowering production costs.
