A hardware products factory in Dongguan mainly produces copper ring products for earphones. It is one of the largest manufacturers of copper ring products for earphones in Guangdong Province. During the production process, the copper products need to be pickled and various chemical agents need to be added. The water volume is 10 tons per day, and the water quality has been tested by our company for COD 5000mg/L. There is no emission standard from the demand side, and it needs to be treated by sewage treatment equipment before reuse. After repeated testing and demonstration, our company finally adopted a combination process of chemical addition oxidation-reduction, coagulation flocculation, pressure filtration, and TRO butterfly reverse osmosis to treat the wastewater. The treated wastewater meets the water quality standards and product water quality requirements for use as industrial water sources. Some pictures of the project site are shown below:
