3、 Technical Solution

        one Water source: Local tap water is used as raw water.

        two Water treatment process: Adopting the "pretreatment+multi-stage reverse osmosis" water treatment process. The pretreatment section includes steps such as sand filtration, carbon filtration, and softening to remove suspended solids, organic matter, heavy metal ions, and other impurities from the raw water. The multi-stage reverse osmosis section uses efficient reverse osmosis membrane components to further remove impurities such as ions and microorganisms in water through physical methods, improving water quality purity.

        three Control system: PLC programmable logic controller is used to achieve fully automated operation. The control system has a manual/automatic switching function, which facilitates operators to adjust according to the actual situation.

        four System operation mode: Adopting a 24-hour continuous operation mode to ensure continuous water supply to the production line.
