The sources of electroplating wastewater are generally: (1) plating cleaning water; (2) Waste electroplating solution; (3) Other wastewater, including flushing workshop floors, scrubbing electrode washing water, ventilation equipment condensate water, as well as various tank liquids and drainage caused by leakage or improper operation management of plating tanks, such as "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking"; (4) Equipment cooling water, during use, is not contaminated except for temperature rise. The quality and quantity of electroplating wastewater are related to factors such as the process conditions, production load, operational management, and water use methods of electroplating production. The water quality of electroplating wastewater is complex and the composition is difficult to control
