Tian * has established its first overseas manufacturing base (Phase I) in Rong City, Nghe An Province, Vietnam. The wastewater treatment of this project is designed, procured, guided for installation and commissioning by the Baihuipu team. This phase brings us the sewage treatment system we designed.

        Tian * mainly produces lead-acid batteries, which generate a large amount of lead-acid wastewater during the production process. Lead acid batteries have the advantages of reversibility, stable voltage characteristics, large discharge capacity, and low cost, and are applied in various fields of the national economy. However, in their production process, the coating process, chemical conversion process, and battery cleaning process will generate heavy metal wastewater containing lead. Unlike biodegradable organic pollutants, lead is highly toxic and easily accumulates in organic organisms, causing fatal damage to human health. Therefore, if these lead containing wastewater are not treated or treated improperly, they will cause great harm to society and the environment.

        Based on water sample testing and specific customer requirements, we have designed an efficient solution for them: lead containing wastewater is regulated by a regulating tank to adjust the water volume and quality, and then pumped to a neutralization reaction tank. The neutralization reaction is used to remove lead, which involves the neutralization reaction between alkali solution and lead ions to produce lead hydroxide precipitate; Then pump it into the coagulation sedimentation tank, add polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide, and further remove the remaining lead; Afterwards, lead containing compounds are removed by an activated carbon adsorption device, and the effluent is discharged into a clean water tank for reuse.

        The treatment effect is as follows: After chemical precipitation ion exchange combined treatment, multiple sampling tests were conducted on the treated wastewater, and the results showed that the lead ion concentration remained stable between 0.5-0.8mg/L, far below the discharge standard of 1mg/L. The lead ion removal rate reached over 99.9%. After neutralization treatment, the pH value of the wastewater remained stable within the range of 6-9, meeting the discharge requirements of the environmental protection department for wastewater pH. The final project acceptance showed that the lead content increased from 10mg/L in the incoming water to 0.05mg/l, and the effluent was stable.


        The battery lead-acid wastewater treatment system we designed for Tian * effectively removes lead ions from the wastewater through reasonable process design, regulates acidity, and properly treats sludge and recovers resources.
