The dissolved air flotation machine adopts a new and highly efficient dissolved air equipment - the micro air bubble generator, replacing the traditional air introduction equipment to dissolve air into the water. Several inclined tube groups are installed in the air flotation area, including the box body, sludge scraper, and spiral discharge machine, which together form a complete air flotation water purification device.

Performance Introduction

The dissolved air flotation machine adopts a new and highly efficient dissolved air device - the micro air bubble generator, replacing the traditional air introduction equipment to dissolve air into the water. Several inclined tube groups are installed in the air flotation area, including the box, the sludge scraper, and the spiral discharge machine, which together form a complete air flotation water purification device. Theoretically, the treatment effect of air flotation has no direct relationship with the retention time, but only depends on the air flotation area. If the air flotation area with water depth H is reduced to water depth H/10, then the air flotation distance and retention time will both be reduced by 10 times. This is the well-known "shallow pool theory". The purpose of adding inclined tubes to the air flotation area is to increase the air flotation area, significantly reducing the Reynolds number, so that the air flotation does not occur in a turbulent state, creating a good laminar flow state, and achieving the effect of shallow-layer air flotation. 

Similarly, when the density of the suspended matter is greater than 1, due to the installation of the inclined tube group, a shallow pool sedimentation effect will be produced, enabling the sedimentation process to occur under turbulent conditions. Larger particle size and heavier-weight pollutants that are difficult to float will be concentrated in the sludge collection area, achieving the purpose of purifying water.

Type

According to the flow pattern, they can be classified as: horizontal-flow dissolved air flotation machine, upward-flow dissolved air flotation machine and integrated dissolved air flotation machine.

Application

Air flotation with dissolved air is suitable for treating water with low turbidity, high color, high organic content, low oil content, low surface active substance content or water rich in algae. Compared with other air flotation methods, it has the advantages of high hydraulic load and compact tank structure. However, its complex process, high power consumption, and loud noise from the air compressor also limit its application.

Winter check-up

1. Every day when going to work, check whether the sewage pump and the return pump of the dissolved air flotation machine are frozen. This includes the lubrication and oiling of the pumps, the tightness of the packing, the sealing of the bottom valve, and the oiling of the air compressor, etc. 

2. Check whether the air filter of the air compressor is frozen. This will help determine if the air compressor is operating normally, and if there are any abnormal sounds or overheating phenomena. 

III. Inspect the transmission part and the scraper of the slag remover. Check whether it becomes hard and breaks under cold conditions to avoid affecting its use. 

4. Pay attention to preventing the mixing and storage tank for the coagulant from freezing, and conduct regular small-scale tests. 

V. Inspect all equipment valves and pipelines to ensure there are no blockages. Place each valve and pipeline in the "open" or "closed" position as required. 

Six. When the machine is shut down, the water must be completely drained to prevent freezing and blockage.
