          High Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Total Organic Carbon (TOC): The COD and TOC of fracturing flowback fluid are usually high, indicating that it contains a large amount of oxidizable organic matter.


          2、 The treatment process of oil and gas field fracturing flowback fluid project

          Physical methods mainly include precipitation, filtration, and adsorption, which can effectively remove suspended solids and some chemical substances in the effluent.

          Chemical method: By adding chemical agents, harmful substances in the backflow fluid undergo precipitation, oxidation, or reduction reactions to achieve purification.

          Biological method: Utilizing the metabolic process of microorganisms to convert organic matter in the reflux fluid into harmless substances.

CDOF technology has achieved efficient separation of oil, water, and solid phases in fracturing flowback fluid, with a separation efficiency of over 98%; CDFU technology provides more refined filtration and purification of water bodies that have undergone preliminary CDOF treatment, ensuring that the effluent quality meets strict national and industry standards.


          III. Application Cases of Fracturing and Flowback Fluid Projects in Oil and Gas Fields


Taking the Maiyuan Guizhou Zunyi Fracturing and Flowback Fluid Evaporation Short Process Fully Quantified Resource Disposal Project as an example, considering the increasing demand for subsequent flowback fluid treatment, the project is designed with a total treatment capacity of 1000m ³/d, which can directly produce salt and meet the final water discharge standards. This project adopts the "plate evaporation crystallization technology" and "evaporation short process technology" to achieve the full quantification and resource utilization of oil and gas field wastewater, greatly reducing investment and operating costs.
