        The three effect external circulation evaporator is an advanced evaporation and concentration equipment designed to achieve concentration treatment of solutions through efficient utilization of thermal energy and materials. This evaporator adopts triple effect evaporation technology, which utilizes the step-by-step utilization of tertiary steam to maximize energy utilization and achieve high efficiency and energy saving.


        Three effect evaporation principle


        In the triple effect external circulation evaporator, the solution is heated and produces steam. These vapors are transferred step by step in each evaporator, and each stage uses the vapor generated by the previous stage as a heat source, thus achieving the gradual utilization of energy. Specifically, the steam generated by the first effect evaporator enters the second effect as the heat source for the second effect; The steam generated by the second effect then enters the third effect as the heat source for the third effect. This step-by-step utilization method greatly improves the efficiency of thermal energy utilization.
