Background:
A large amount of saline wastewater was generated during the production process of a chemical plant, mainly composed of sodium chloride and a small amount of other salts. To meet environmental emission standards and resource recycling, it is necessary to concentrate and treat these wastewater.
Solution:
Adopting a three effect evaporator system for concentrated treatment of wastewater. The wastewater is first pretreated to remove impurities, and then enters the first effect evaporator for preliminary evaporation. The secondary steam generated by the first effect serves as the heating steam for the second effect, continuing to evaporate the wastewater. Similarly, the secondary steam of the second effect is used as the heating steam of the third effect, ultimately achieving high concentration of wastewater.
