Background:
A pharmaceutical company needs to prepare high concentration drug solutions during the production process to meet the needs of drug production. Traditional methods have problems such as high energy consumption, long processing time, and susceptibility to damage of active ingredients in drugs.
Solution:
Use a dual effect evaporator to concentrate the medicinal solution. The medicinal solution is first preheated and then enters the first effect evaporator for preliminary evaporation. The secondary steam generated by the first effect is condensed by the condenser and partially refluxed to the preheating system, while the other part continues to evaporate the medicine as heating steam for the second effect.
