Background: A certain chemical plant produces a large amount of high concentration, toxic and harmful organic wastewater that is difficult to biodegrade. Traditional treatment methods are ineffective and have high energy consumption.

Solution: Adopting a combination process of high-temperature wet oxidation and MVR evaporator. Firstly, the organic matter in the wastewater is decomposed through wet oxidation to reduce its toxicity and COD value. Subsequently, the treated wastewater is sent to the MVR evaporator for evaporation, separating salt and moisture.
Effect: This process effectively reduces the COD value of wastewater, while achieving the recovery and utilization of salt, reducing secondary pollution, and lowering treatment costs.
