      Treatment target:Ammonium chloride wastewater

      Water quality characteristics:The wastewater mainly contains ammonium chloride solution. The COD content and ammonia nitrogen in the original wastewater are high, and the pH value of the original water is 2.. Due to the high concentration of chloride ions in ammonium chloride wastewater, the corrosion of evaporator equipment materials is extremely severe. At the same time, the energy consumption of evaporating ammonium chloride containing wastewater to crystalline concentration is relatively high. Using single effect evaporation to recover ammonium chloride wastewater consumes too much steam and incurs high operating costs.

   Device composition and working principle

      The ammonium chloride triple effect wastewater evaporator consists of three evaporators, two separators, and corresponding heaters, condensers, etc.

      Each evaporator includes a set of heaters and condensers, as well as a separator for separating steam and liquid.

      Working principle

      one First stage evaporation: Wastewater first enters the first stage evaporator and is heated by a heater to produce steam. Steam enters the separator to separate steam from liquid. The separated liquid is refluxed to the first stage evaporator for further evaporation, forming the first effect.

      two Second stage evaporation: The steam generated by the first stage evaporator enters the second stage evaporator and is heated by the heater to produce more steam. These vapors enter the separator again for separation, and the separated liquid flows back to the second stage evaporator for further evaporation, forming the second effect.

      three Third stage evaporation: The steam generated by the second stage evaporator enters the third stage evaporator and is heated by the heater to produce more steam. After being cooled in the third stage condenser, these vapors become liquid and then enter the third separator for separation. The separated high concentration solution or crystal can be collected as a product, while the separated liquid is further processed or discharged as needed.

      Project Effect

      Energy saving and emission reduction: Through multi-stage evaporation and waste heat reuse, the three effect evaporator can significantly reduce energy consumption and production costs.

      Water quality meets standards: The condensed water after evaporation can meet the national wastewater discharge standards, reducing environmental pollution.

      Resource recycling: Useful substances such as ammonium chloride in wastewater have been effectively recovered, achieving the reuse of resources.
