        1. Preprocessing Unit

        2. Chemical Reaction Unit

      Function: By adding chemical reagents and reacting with fluorine, nitric acid, and other components in wastewater, substances that are easy to separate or treat are generated.

      Common reactions: such as adding lime or calcium hydroxide to react with fluoride ions to form calcium fluoride precipitate, or adding reagents such as potassium nitrate for other chemical reactions.

      Function: Process the exhaust gas generated during the treatment process to prevent it from being directly discharged into the atmosphere and causing pollution.

      Common equipment: absorption tower, washing tower, etc.

      3、 Working principle

        The working principle of the fluorine-containing nitric acid liquid treatment device usually includes the following steps:

      1. The wastewater first enters the pretreatment unit to remove suspended solids, large particle impurities, etc.

      2. The pre treated wastewater enters the chemical reaction unit and reacts with the added chemical reagents to produce substances that are easy to separate or treat.

      3. The wastewater after the reaction enters the separation unit, and the generated sediment or suspended solids are separated from the wastewater through precipitation, filtration, and other methods.

      4. The separated wastewater enters the advanced treatment unit for further purification treatment.

      If the wastewater contains high salt content, it can also be treated through an evaporation crystallization unit to obtain pure water and salt crystals.

      6. The exhaust gas generated during the treatment process is treated by the exhaust gas treatment unit to prevent it from being directly discharged into the atmosphere.

For example, a certain company has adopted a pressurized liquid addition reaction device for the recovery and treatment of fluorine-containing nitric acid. The potassium nitrate solution is added to the waste liquid by high-pressure injection through a booster pump, which improves the mixing effect and reaction speed, thereby accelerating the recovery speed of fluorine and nitric acid.
