Yunfu Guangdong 150 TPD Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant Completion
Yunfu, Guangdong needed a compact 150-ton-per-day domestic sewage treatment plant for a township upgrade project. Baihuipu supplied an integrated biological treatment package, completed installation, and commissioned the plant to meet local discharge standards.
Project Background and Requirements
The existing infrastructure could not handle the growing domestic sewage load from a developing district.
The new plant had to fit a limited footprint, operate with minimal odor, and meet Class 1A discharge standards.
Remote monitoring was required because local operator availability was limited.
Process Design
Baihuipu selected an A/O biological process followed by secondary clarification and disinfection.
Fine screens and grit removal protect downstream biological units from debris and abrasive solids. The process logic sits close to what is described in Black Mass, Cobalt and Fluoride, particularly on the pretreatment side.

Equipment Supplied
The package includes a rotary screen, equalization tank, anoxic and aerobic tanks, clarifier, UV disinfection channel, and blower house.
All equipment was delivered as modular skids to reduce civil work and installation time.
Instrumentation includes DO meters, flow meters, and online effluent quality probes.
Construction and Commissioning
Installation was completed in coordination with the local civil contractor within the planned schedule.
Seed sludge was introduced and the biological process was cultivated over two weeks.
Performance testing showed BOD5, COD, SS, ammonia, and TP values below the Class 1A limits.
