Baihuipu Dispatches Wastewater Treatment Equipment for a Russian Food Processing Project
Project Overview
Baihuipu has completed production and export packing of a wastewater treatment system for a food processing client in Russia. The equipment left our Guangdong factory on a flatbed trailer bound for the port, and the photographs in this article were taken on site during the packing and loading work.
This is one of several overseas projects we have shipped this year, and it follows the same working pattern as our other export deliveries: fabrication and factory testing in Guangdong, export-grade packing, container or flatbed transport to the port, and sea freight to the client's country.
Equipment Supplied for the Food Project
The shipment covers the core treatment units for the client's food processing wastewater duty: stainless steel tank-based treatment units, working platforms with gratings, and the associated pumps, pipework and control components packed as accessories.
Wetted parts are fabricated in stainless steel, which is the standard material choice for food industry effluent. Food processing wastewater carries a high organic load together with fats, oils and cleaning chemicals, and stainless construction keeps the equipment serviceable under those conditions.

The process route for this kind of duty — screening and equalisation first, then flotation and biological stages — is set out in more detail in our article on food and beverage wastewater treatment.
Export Packing
All loose components and smaller skids were palletised, wrapped in stretch film and strapped for the journey. Larger units were fixed in plywood export crates to protect them against handling and sea transit.

Packing is done in-house at our works. Every crate is photographed before dispatch, and the packing list is matched against the shipping documents so that customs clearance on both sides is straightforward.
Loading and Dispatch
Loading took place in the factory yard. A forklift placed each crate onto the flatbed trailer, with a worker guiding every lift, and the loads were then strapped down for road transport.

Once the trailer was fully loaded, the truck departed for the port, where the crates will be stuffed into containers for sea freight to Russia.

Work After Arrival
When the equipment reaches the site, our engineers provide installation guidance, commissioning and operator training — the same support scope we provide on other overseas projects. Remote diagnostic support through the control system is included after handover, and wear parts are stocked at our works for prompt shipment.
Wastewater Treatment for Food Processing Plants
Food plants produce some of the most variable effluent in industry: production shifts, product changes and cleaning cycles all change the load within a single day. The plants that run well are the ones sized against the worst day, with solid separation and equalisation ahead of the biological stage. For buyers comparing packaged equipment against site construction, our guide to packaged and containerized treatment plants explains when each approach makes sense.
Where a food plant also runs high-strength or high-salinity streams that biological treatment cannot carry, evaporation is the usual answer; our MVR evaporator systems article covers that duty. Industry-specific equipment options are listed on our food, slaughterhouse and beverage wastewater treatment solutions page.
Why Choose Baihuipu as Your Manufacturer
Guangdong Baihuipu Environmental Protection & Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. has manufactured water and wastewater treatment equipment for more than 20 years. Tanks, skids and control panels are fabricated in our own works, process and controls engineering sit under the same roof, and every system ships with as-built documentation. We have exported to more than 20 countries including Russia, the United States, Canada, Indonesia, India, Nigeria and Vietnam, and export crating and documentation are handled in-house.
