1. Multi-stage Deep Purification for Ultimate Water Purity

- Pretreatment System: A combined system of sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, water softener and precision filter efficiently removes suspended solids, residual chlorine and hardness ions from raw water, with hardness controlled below 0.05 mg/L. It protects core membrane elements and prevents scaling and contamination.

- Core Purification Unit: Two-pass reverse osmosis (salt rejection rate ≥ 99.5%) paired with continuous EDI electrodeionization requires no acid-base regeneration. It stably raises water resistivity to 17–18 MΩ·cm and completely eliminates contamination risks from chemical regeneration.

- Terminal Polishing Treatment: Dual-wavelength UV (185/254 nm) lamps reduce TOC to ≤ 1 ppb. Combined with polishing mixed beds and 0.1μm terminal filters, the effluent maintains a stable resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm with particle count below 1 particle/mL.
