2. Secondary deep purification: Combined physicochemical-membrane treatment process
The wastewater after the vortex process enters our core treatment unit. Through an optimized combined coagulation-flocculation reaction system, the remaining fine particles and colloidal substances form dense flocs, which are then rapidly separated in the efficient inclined plate sedimentation tank. The clarified water is then subjected to precise filtration by a resistant-to-pollution tubular ultrafiltration (TUF) or ceramic membrane system. The suspended solids (SS) in the effluent are close to zero, and the water quality is clear. It can be directly reused for rinsing processes with low water quality requirements, or enter the subsequent reverse osmosis (RO) system to produce higher-quality reclaimed water.
3. Intelligent processing of concentrated liquid
The concentrated liquid produced by the membrane system is rich in highly concentrated fine substances. It can be returned to the front end for further sedimentation treatment, or enter a dedicated evaporation system for final solidification, achieving "near-zero liquid discharge" within the system.
