Deep treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater 

Challenge: During the etching and cleaning processes, a large amount of fluorine-containing wastewater is produced, with high concentration of fluoride ions. Traditional processes are unable to consistently meet the standards. 

Bai Huipu Solution: It adopts a combination of multi-level chemical precipitation and patented adsorption technology. Through precise pH control and calcium salt precipitation, along with efficient fluoride removal agents, it ensures that the fluoride ion concentration in the effluent remains stable and is lower than the strict local discharge standards in Australia (typically < 5mg/L). 


2. CMP Grinding Wastewater Treatment and Resource Recovery 

Challenge: The chemical mechanical polishing wastewater contains nano-sized silicon particles, metal oxides and chemicals, with high turbidity and great difficulty in treatment.

For heavy metal wastewater, processes such as ion exchange and special membrane separation are adopted to ensure efficient removal and recovery of heavy metal ions.
