This project provides a customized industrial wastewater treatment solution for new energy battery material manufacturers. For industrial wastewater containing fluorine, heavy metals, and high salt content generated during the production process, an integrated process is used to achieve stable discharge and water resource reuse, and meet the strict environmental protection standards required by the new energy industry.
Core processes and equipment
1. Completed unit: chemical precipitation + coagulation process is used to effectively remove fluoride ions, heavy metals and suspended solids in the water, laying a solid foundation for subsequent treatment.
2. Integrated sewage treatment system: Integrated sewage treatment equipment (customized by Baihuipu) integrates biochemical upgrade and deep purification functions to realize organic wastewater such as COD and ammonia nitrogen.
3. Solid-liquid separation unit: Plate and frame filter press performs sludge treatment to achieve sludge reduction and compliance discharge.
4. Supporting system: full-process pipeline transportation and automated control to ensure stable operation of equipment and reduce labor costs.
Project results
- The water output index has stably reached the wastewater discharge standards of the new energy industry and can be reused in the production stage with a high reuse rate.
- Self-designed, the structure occupies the existing site layout of the equipment factory, and the installation and commissioning cycle is short.
