Iraq is densely populated with oil extraction, chemical smelting and industrial parks. A large amount of oily wastewater is generated during industrial production, including oilfield produced water, workshop cutting wastewater and equipment cooling wastewater. 30m³/h Technical Parameters (Precisely Adapted to Iraqi Industrial Oily Wastewater)

Rated treatment capacity: 30m³/h (30% peak treatment redundancy reserved, maximum treatment capacity up to 39m³/h), suitable for the daily and peak working conditions of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, avoiding the efficiency reduction of equipment under full-load operation;

Inlet water quality: Oil ≤5,000mg/L, SS ≤3,000mg/L, temperature ≤60℃, pH 5.5-9.5, capable of treating various industrial oily wastewater such as oilfield produced water, chemical oily wastewater and mechanical cutting wastewater;

Effluent standard: Oil ≤5mg/L, SS ≤20mg/L, COD ≤50mg/L, meeting Iraqi industrial wastewater discharge limits. The treated wastewater can be used for workshop flushing and greening irrigation, realizing water resource recycling;

Separation efficiency: ≥98%, of which the separation efficiency of highly emulsified oil is ≥95%, which can efficiently remove free oil, emulsified oil and fine oil droplets in water, solving the pain point of incomplete separation of industrial oily wastewater;

Material specification: The shell is carbon steel (with heavy-duty epoxy anti-corrosion coating), the internal parts are 304 stainless steel, and the sealing parts are oil-resistant nitrile rubber (Shore hardness 70±5), suitable for industrial high-corrosion working conditions;
